"In this collection, I have chosen 'darker' pieces, those with which I have had difficulty placing in the broader scope of my recordings. All of these led to a breakthrough in my ideas of composition and tonality.

These tracks are a bit more raw, in some particular instances, I find I am actively digging for a phrase, polishing it, like bringing a diamond to the surface."
